Prashant Chavda

Licensed Conveyancer | Company Director

I’m a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and have been working in the legal property sector since 2013. Over the years, I have handled thousands of transactions ranging from straightforward residential sales and purchases to more complex leasehold, new build, and shared ownership matters. My career has taken me from high-volume conveyancing practices to a leading global law firm, giving me the breadth and depth of experience to deal with a wide variety of client needs.

I take pride in offering a calm, clear and responsive service, keeping clients and agents informed at every stage of the process. My focus is always on making transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible — whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or managing a chain of sales.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to new places, playing padel, and working on my golf swing (with varying degrees of success).

Mahul Keshwara

Conveyancing Director

I’m a Conveyancing Director with extensive experience in legal practice since 2015. Originally from Boston, Lincolnshire, I relocated to Leicester, where I continue to build a reputation for delivering efficient, client-focused conveyancing services. Since 2017, I’ve specialised exclusively in residential property, managing a wide range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, new builds, and remortgages.

I take a calm and meticulous approach to my work and am known for guiding clients through the conveyancing process with clarity, professionalism, and a personal touch. As both a director and consultant conveyancer, I combine strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset to ensure every transaction runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching Formula 1, attending live music concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Operations & Finance Director

I’m a chartered accountant with a background in finance and operations. I look after Scala Legal’s finances, compliance, and day-to-day running, making sure everything works smoothly behind the scenes so you get clear updates, timely responses, and a seamless experience from first instruction to completion.
